How can the Mental Health Law Centre help?

  • Give advice and assistance in relation to Board hearings
  • In some cases provide representation before the Board
  • Provide legal advice on matters under the Mental Health Act 1996
  • Provide information about other legal and non-legal matters
  • Provide referral to alternative legal service or community resources
