to mental health consumers.
How can the Mental Health Law Centre help?
- Give advice and assistance in relation to Board
hearings
- In some cases provide representation before the Board
- Provide legal advice on matters under the Mental Health Act 1996
- Provide information about other legal and non-legal matters
- Provide referral to alternative legal service or community resources
